1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Unser Whytaxies services, including local rides and outstation travel, provided by Unser Whytaxies (“Company”) across India.

2. Services

The Company offers the following services:

– Local rides
– Outstation travel
– Auto, car, SUV, and 12-seater tempo traveler (TT) services

3. Payment

– Payment for services can be made through the online payment gateway available in the Unser Whytaxies application.
– The Company reserves the right to modify or change the payment terms and conditions without prior notice.

4. Subscription

– The Company offers subscription-based services.
– Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

– If a user cancels a ride more than 5 minutes after booking, cancellation charges will apply.
– No refunds will be provided for canceled subscriptions post 24 hours.

6. User Responsibilities

– Ensure accurate booking information.
– Be present at the designated pickup location.
– Comply with all laws and regulations during the journey.

7. Liability

– The Company is not liable for any damages or losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions*

– The Company reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
