travel arrangements are necessary. To provide clarity and transparency, we’ve
outlined our User Terms below. By using Unser Whytaxies, you agree to the terms
and conditions specified in these User Terms.
1. Ride Adjustments
1.1 Timeframes: Adjustments can be made through the Unser Whytaxies app or by contacting our customer support. The timeframe determines whether an adjustment fee applies.
1.1.1 Within 5 minutes of Booking: No fee.
1.1.2 After 5 minutes and Before Pickup: 30% of booking amount.
1.1.3 After Pickup: Full fare is applicable.
1.1.4 Subscription cancellation after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 No-Show: If the passenger is not at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes, the ride is considered a no-show, and the full fare applies.
1.3 Driver Adjustments: In the rare event of a driver adjustment, the passenger will be notified, and efforts will be made to assign an alternative driver promptly.
2. Refund
2.1 Eligibility: Adjustments are processed based on the following criteria:
2.1.1 Adjustment within 5 minutes: Full payment reversal with in 2 business days.
2.1.2 Adjustment after 5 minutes and Before Pickup: Partial payment reversal after deducting the adjustment fee.
2.1.3 No-Show: No payment reversal.
2.2 Processing Time: Adjustments are typically processed within 30 minutes after confirming the adjustment. The actual timeline may vary based on external factors.
2.3 Payment Method: Adjustments are issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
3.1 Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues or errors, Unser Whytaxies will investigate and rectify the issue promptly. Adjustments will be made if applicable.
3.2 Exceptional Circumstances: Unser Whytaxies understands that certain situations may warrant exceptions to the standard User Terms. Requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
